How to Secure Your Lot

  1. Review: Access all surveys, availability, and lot maps via the link below:

  2. Submit Preferences: Email Lauren (lauren@newvictorianhomes.ca) with your TOP THREE LOT PREFERENCES. (Please include your agent if you are working with one to purchase a new home.)
  3. Secure the Site: Instructions will be sent for a $2,000 fully refundable lot deposit. Once assigned, you have a 30-day window to finalize your design.
  4. Pre-Approval: Provide a copy of your pre-approval letter to book your in-person design consultation.
  5. Agreement: Once pricing is provided for your design, a Purchase & Sale agreement is required within 7 days. (Note: Some designs may have pricing available immediately.)

Timeline & Pricing Guide

  • Design Flexibility: Choose from our Signature Designs, bring your own plans, or work with our in-house draftsman. (Note: Cul-de-sac dimensions may restrict some wider home designs.)
  • Move-in Dates: Ranging from Christmas 2026 through Spring 2027.
  • Ballpark Pricing: The Townhome Duplexes starting from $449,900.
