When we decided to build our new home with New Victorian Homes it was clear from the start that they wanted the best for us. From choosing one of their signature designs to our final walkthrough we were heavily involved in every step. Throughout our build we were given frequent updates and reminders to keep us on track. We are so in love with our new home and we have made great connections with our New Vic team. We are also proud to put the first Ferryland design into motion; we love the functionality and luxury that this home brings. Very customer oriented and professional to deal with. Any issues were dealt with promptly. The foreman of our house, Max, went above and beyond to get us into our home a week early because we had a deadline to move from our old location. A five star organization from top to bottom. Working with the entire New Vic team has been an excellent experience! This team and all the subs really care a great deal about the quality of product they put out, and really pay attention to the details. We had a tremendous amount of requests, and New Vic always accommodated us, discussed with seriousness and implemented. We really pushed the boundaries with our new build, including custom cabling laid in the walls and soundproofing – this team took every request in stride.  

The internal build quality is absolutely fantastic – tiny details that nobody will see are all done properly! This level of attention to detail and what you see quoted is what you pay – which I can’t tell you how much we appreciated!

They really bent over backwards for us with some of our requests, and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and accommodated. The service and customer service they offer is truly the best!

Overall, I highly recommend this builder and their subs! They will build a home for you that will last for generations. If you want a quality product that won’t keep you up at night and are looking for million-dollar-service, then build with New Vic.

As was previously mentioned, we are extremely happy with the finished product. We had a vision for this house and you guys made it a reality. Our Foreman was absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. He was accommodating, helpful, responsive and always had a smile on his face.

After a long day at work, I returned to my fabulous new home to find a beautiful gift on my doorstep. Finally I would like to say that Lindsay and I really appreciate the level of support you provide us, especially being new homeowners, and the understanding and diligent manner in which you do it.
