Julia Bailey is the founder and sole design consultant for Violet Lily, she values the importance of loving where you live and strives to create inspiring spaces that serve both the eyes and the heart.

Since 2022, New Victorian Homes and Violet Lily, previously known as Cohen Guy Interiors, have partnered on multiple spec homes, custom homes and larger scale projects throughout the greater St. John’s area. From initial design concepts to client consultations and vendor selections, Julia has become an integral part of our team.

All of our standard turnkey packages include a complimentary Interior Design Consultation with Julia at Violet Lily Design. For executive turnkey packages and larger custom projects, we offer a fully complimentary and bespoke Interior Design Service, unique to each client.

Violet Lily can also provide our clients with additional services as needed, for pricing please reach out to Julia. Together you can work on an as needed basis, virtually or in person, to review floor plans, develop concepts and further curate selections for your new home!
