Lot Holds

• Lot hold agreements require a $2000 fully refundable deposit.
• There are currently 10 lot holds in place for North Brook.
• Lot selections will begin when final surveys are released – in order of deposits that are received.
• Selected lots will be held until the final house plan and purchase price is confirmed.
